What is Welfare Council?

The Welfare Council in Stavanger is the overall student political body in welfare matters for the students affiliated with the Student Union in Stavanger. The purpose is to work for the students' welfare, democratic and economic rights, as well as social and cultural needs.

Support for organizations

We offer funds to organizations as support of various kinds: start-up funds, operating funds and welfare funds.
